• Applicants should have been born on or after August 1, 2003. (Applicants belonging to the SC/ST/PWD categories born on or after August 1, 1998, receive a 5-year relaxation in this criterion).
• Candidates are required to have attained a minimum of 60% in standard X/SSC and standard XII/HSC or their equivalent examinations. (For candidates from the SC/ST/PwD category, a minimum of 55% is accepted).
